Very nice work on the face

The edges of the figure makes her look like a 2D object. When you want to make an object look round like a 3 dimensional thing, it is not enough to put light and shadow on it. The light and shadow must also follow the shape. It is important that the edges do not look flat.
See what I mean in this paint-over:
The same thing goes for the wings. Check the edges!
Next: personally I think the slightly purple skin colour you have chosen look a bit dull and lifeless. If you want it to become more lively, you can try adjusting it more towards orange.
Besides, you can try experimenting with using other colours in the shadows. The more colour tones a painting has, the livelier it gets! Just don't overdo it.
If you like, you can add some dabs of bright yellow / white here and there on the skin, to give it a more 'wet' look. It will add some extra spice to the painting, and perhaps more presence. But it is not required. It depends on your taste, really.
Last: the nipples show veeeery well through the dress... I don't think this dress is so tight-fitting that this should happen... True, nipples can show through clothing, but this looks unrealistic.
With that said, the pose is good, and the face is very well drawn! Nice wings too!
I hope you don't mind that I did a few paint-overs, and I hope they were of help.
